Welcome to DocWizard — PDF Tools Offline ("the App"), developed and published by Cokropawiro Devs ("we," "us," or "our").

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use our services. Since DocWizard is designed to work entirely offline and does not collect any user data, this policy is intentionally straightforward.

DocWizard does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or usage information. Specifically:

• No personal information is collected (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• No usage analytics or statistics are gathered
• No device identifiers are accessed or recorded
• No crash reports are sent to external services
• No cookies, tracking pixels, or similar technologies are used
• No advertising identifiers are accessed

DocWizard is engineered to function entirely offline. The App does not require, request, or use an internet connection for any of its features:

• All PDF processing (conversion, merging, splitting, compression) is performed locally on your device
• No files are uploaded to any server or cloud service
• No network requests are made at any time during app usage
• The App functions identically with or without internet connectivity

DocWizard requires zero storage permissions. The App uses only privacy-friendly Android system APIs:

• Photo Picker API — Allows you to select images for PDF conversion without granting broad storage access
• Storage Access Framework (SAF) — Allows you to open and save PDF files through Android's secure file picker

These APIs are designed by Google to provide file access without requiring traditional storage permissions, ensuring your files remain under your control at all times.

When you process files in DocWizard:

• Files are read and processed entirely in your device's local memory
• Processed output is saved only to the location you explicitly choose
• Temporary processing data is held in memory and discarded immediately after the operation completes
• No file content is cached, indexed, or retained by the App beyond the active processing session
• We have no ability to access, view, or retrieve any of your documents

DocWizard does not integrate with any third-party services:

• No advertising SDKs or ad networks
• No analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics)
• No crash reporting services (e.g., Crashlytics, Sentry)
• No social media SDKs
• No cloud storage integrations

The App is fully self-contained. The only external library used is PdfBox-Android, an open-source library for local PDF processing that operates entirely on-device.

DocWizard is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. However, because the App collects absolutely no data of any kind, it is inherently safe for users of all ages. No special precautions are necessary as there is no data collection to be concerned about.

Since DocWizard does not collect, store, or transmit any data, the traditional data security concerns associated with most applications do not apply. Your documents are processed locally in memory and are never exposed to external systems.

The security of your files depends on the standard security measures of your Android device, such as device encryption, screen lock, and secure boot — all of which are managed by your device's operating system.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

Given the App's offline nature and zero-data-collection design, we do not anticipate significant changes to this policy. If the App's data practices ever change, a new version of the App will include an updated privacy policy accessible from the Settings screen.
